2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use SoloEarn. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any earned balance.

4. Earning & Rewards

• Rewards are credited to your in-platform wallet upon verified task completion.
• Task rewards are set by advertisers and may change without notice.
• Incomplete, fraudulent, or low-quality task submissions may be rejected without reward.
• Wallet balances have no cash value until a withdrawal is successfully processed.

5. Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is $5.00.
• We reserve the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud review.
• Withdrawal fees may apply depending on your chosen payout method.
• Processing times vary by method (typically 24–48 hours).

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to complete tasks
• Create multiple accounts or refer yourself
• Submit false, misleading, or low-effort task responses
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination for violations, any pending balance may be forfeited.

8. Disclaimers

SoloEarn is provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding the availability of tasks, the amount you will earn, or uninterrupted service. Earnings depend on task availability and user effort.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloEarn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes via email.
